Ingredients for making curd pie

Cooking cottage cheese pie:

Step 1: Preparing the dough for the pie.

In a bowl, mix the previously sifted flour, baking powder, sugar, egg and butter. Using a mixer and a dough head, knead a homogeneous elastic mass. You can also knead the dough with your hands, but in this case you need to make some efforts, since initially lumps will appear in the consistency, which must be completely kneaded. The final dough must be uniform! Then it needs to be cooled. To do this, place the dough for 3-40 minutes in the refrigerator, covering it with a piece of cling film.

Step 2: Form a Cake.

The filling for the pie is very simple. We spread the cottage cheese in a bowl or container from the blender. Add sugar, sour cream and egg to it and mix the ingredients thoroughly. This can be done using a blender, mixer or a conventional fork. The main thing is that the ingredients turn into a homogeneous mass. Roll out the dough into a sheet slightly larger than the form in which the cake will be prepared. It is very important that the pan or the shape is with sides, albeit small. Lubricate it with butter or vegetable oil. Next, lay out the dough sheet in the form, letting it down on the boots. Fill the filling on the dough sheet.

Step 3: Bake the product.

Blueberries are placed in a colander and washed thoroughly. We sprinkle it on the surface of the pie, and lower the remaining allowances of the dough on the pie a little. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. We send the cake pan to the roasting pan and bake the product for 50 minutes. In the first 15 minutes of baking, it is advisable not to open the oven door so that the dough rises well.

Step 4: Serve the curd pie.
